I'm from the UK and just finished my third year in aerospace engineering (MEng) and hopefully going onto a PhD next year.. Theres loads of uni choices, it depends on what area you would like to specialise in, but any uni that is a member of the Russell Group is a good place to start.. Liverpool has just spent £30 million on its engineering dept and has three flight sims, Manchester has supersonic wind tunnels and some great aerospace research prospects.. But those are the uni's that are close to me. Loughborough uni and Imperial uni are also very highly respected..
Here are a couple of postgraduate sites that let you search for courses and funding..

Good luck!!

I believe it is something like 70% of graduates leave university and are employed with six months of graduating within the engineering disciplines. From my experience about half the graduates who did a BEng in aerospace/mechanical engineering already had job offers in engineering before graduating..
