Hello people
In this topic I'll post pictures of strange / rare pulse jets I've found on the web
Because I cannot find if such a topic exist, I want to start a new topic.
Moderators, if there is one, would you say that, then I post them there.
And is there a way to shorten the links to the websites?

In this reply I'll post al the information I could find about the ThermoJet company
Link: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=91&hilit=melenric
If anyone has more information about ThermoJet, please put it on the forum or send me a pm.
For more info and pictures watch the attached document,(uploaded by Mark)Thermo-Jet
Thermo-Jet Standard Inc
Manager: John A. Melenric
This company specializes in the design and manufacture of valveless pulsejets units for remotely piloted vehicles and the homebuilt aircraft market. These engines are devoid of moving parts and are characterized by multiple reverse flow air inlets to a combustion chamber in which is burned propane, butane or compressed natural gas, obviating the need for a fuel pump. Intermittent combustion and expulsion takes place at a cycle frequency determined by the chamber size and geometry and combustion pressure.

Rare valve systems
Some rare valve systems for pulsejets, in fact the same like the common.
click on the thumbnails for larger pictures.
Maupin valve: (by Al Belli??) plans could be found in the plans section of this site.
Vertical valves. One first picture is from c-turbines (Tempest I, Herman Rommler), second found on this forum, a MEW 307 pulsejet.
A simple-upscaled version of the little rounded petalvalves-system, compared with a Dynajet valve. Picture from Mark
Other valve systems, first is builded by......, second is builded by GRIM.

Re: Strange/rare pulsejet(vehicles)
Decided to search the word pulse jet (engine) in the polish language. This becomes something like ''silnik pulsacyjny'' or ''silnika pulsacyjnego'', found some interesting stuff!
After the independence of the second polish republic in 1918 the state began devoloping and testing their own fuels and engines, especially for the military. In 1931 Wladyslaw Bernadzikiewicz, Józefem Sachsem and Jan Oderfeld developed a turbine engine, followed by a pulsejet engine in 1932 (Don't know if its the valved or the valveless engine) http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Oderfeld
Those engine's are now in the ''Muzeum Techniki'' in Warsaw. The pictures came from different sources.
