Craig Vetter name was mentioned in the article,
Have been a fan of his high mileage fairings for several years. Not long ago, he had a full composite body designed for scooters and small motorcycles for sale to the public.

Often considered someday there would be a shift towards vehicles like the 372 mpg Rifle.

I happened across a picture of Nebulous IV several years ago and thought it was a remarkable liner. At the time there wasn't a name or information attached with the picture. Have since found it is a creation of Jack Costella, a renowned artistic designer.

It looks about knee height, suppose the frontal area would be slightly over 3 sq. ft.
Geez, anything that fits that tight should be made of denim, and have a zipper on it. :)
