The V Prize

I am toying with the idea of offering a prize in the Liquid 1.5 L Valveless challenge.

What I have in mind is a series of prizes, example:

$300 USD for the top engine 3 months from now
$400 USD for the top engine 9 months from now
$1000 USD for the top engine 12 months from now


There are a couple of concerns that need to be resolved in advance:


--The first is to be assured the site is doing well on donations & adds, it would be silly to offer a prize on a site that the owner has out of pocket expense.


--The second concern is the international aspect, and how to send the prize global.


This is in the very preliminary stages, so please feel free to discuss.
