That looks awfully far left of the centerline, though it certainly looks like a nice pipe. I still favor a split tail design that would "wrap" around the rear wheel. Of course, admittedly, that would be much harder to build and set up.

This is a nice effort at tackling the basic problems, though. I've always thought that a pedal bike with add-on pulsejet would make sense, and would be a real blast if you had some big open flat space to run on. On hilly terrain (e.g. most of Iowa), the hot pipe would be nearly useless, unless sized ridiculously large. This looks well proportioned to make a pretty good ride, unless you happen to be morbidly obese or something.
