I'm pretty sure if you drink a lot and run pulsejets a lot, you'll be safe most of the time!
Honestly, I don't care when it is, I'll be there.

No Mike you don't seem to understand the canadian mosquito and its evil accomplice the black fly!

These things made me ill last year! the black fly bit a peace of flesh off and fly away with it for christs sake:-(

But when else?

Isn't it quite cold end of March or beginning of April? -- I'm trying to get the possible dates for coming over again if my bugs won't rush away that quickly.

Between August and September might be possible, too.

Hmmm...but participating these upcomming days is -- if! -- only written in the stars.

Viv, are you sure you want to waste the one good week of weather on us?

Well I can see a lot of good would come from it, for one thing we would invite the local press! they would love to see a bunch of lunys running their illegally loud pulse jets and if we could also run a go kart on the range road we might get the TV boys interested.

That would rase the profile a bit:-)

I'd be happy with publicity if the venue were larger and more remote. I definitely do not want the public involved!

I scouted the site again today, and ran an engine up in the back 40 for Brian, the host.
We're good to go. He couldn't hear it down at the tasting room. It's likely we'll be having no problem making night runs, but may have to keep the big daddies in the daylight. We'll see.

Here's some photos. Tough to beat for a beautiful spot to hang out.

That is a beautiful spot, which brings up a thought...

Shade. Do we have anything to make some? I'll try to get a friend's Easy-Up.

Sounds good. I have an awning on my trailer. Bring a hat. Who needs a tent? Chime in.

Count me in for one please Mike, and are the sleeping bags you offered still available?

I was tossing up bringing my swag, but it is awfully heavy and cumbersom. I dont think Dave's van and occupents would appritiate it much.

I'll get you a tent. Bags are scarce. What's a swag?

Oh, yeah, a tent for me, too, please! I cannot bring one along.

Looks very nice out there, Mike!
