I can't open www.pulse-jets.com!!

Hi,

my computer won't let me visit www.pulse-jets.com!!! I use windows XP, have acces to internet and all the sites there are, but when I click on this one my computer says it can not open this site! I tried several things in the set up or configuration of my computer with no result. Does someone know what could be the problem? There are no virusses or spywhere (..I checked so many times..) on my computer that could be the reason.
turned my firewall on and off, etc. etc.

Server problem(s) might be a reason.
Sometimes the site isn't available for a day or so.

Yeah, and I'm a lurker and i cant open the FAQ link at the very top of the site's homepage. Ive never been able to.
