Hate to be a negative Nelly, but you shouldn't normally be seeing Mach numbers greater than 1 in a flow unless you've got a converging/diverging nozzle to pop the flow over the brink. Thanks, this is usefull to me, but I am doing more of a ramjet/pressurejet. Someone was doing a ring injector in the valveless pulsejets, it looked like the same kind of thing. But, of course, placement changes everything, so you would have to set up a vortex generator specific to every design.
