Re: More free plans: 40 pound Chinese
That looks very nice Metiz  It looks just like the pulsejet on the upper side of this forum, now I understand your question of powering a plane(drone? ) with a 40 pound engine. I'm glad to have the privelege of printing formats to A1 paper at school, that saves a lot of cutting and s...

Re: Failure to acheive resonance
Search for the ''Advanced FWE'' plans, or the ''Thermojet 3lbs'' plans. You must build very accurate to the dimensions(as with al pulsejets)

Re: Dual augmented mini's and other jet stuff
beautiful work as usual
Does the extra weight of the augmentors outweigh the extra thrust produced?

Rare valve systems
Some rare valve systems for pulsejets, in fact the same like the common. click on the thumbnails for larger pictures. Maupin valve: (by Al Belli??) plans could be found in the plans section of this site. http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/4268/zmaupinvalved.png Vertical valves. One first picture is ...

Re: Lady Anne variation.
This has Graham mailed to me (I prefer with very old topics to contact the author/builder by pm  ) Ensure you have no restrictions between the Propane tank and the injectors. The fuel pipes are 4mm O.D. thin wall copper made-up as shown in the photographs. I'm also planning to build such an en...

Re: Pulsejet book
note that the above post is for valved pulsejets. You could calculate the dimensions for a valved pulsejets(with in your case a 6 inch tailpaipe) wiht eric's pulsejet calculator(as metiz said), which could be downloaded at the homepage of www.pulse-jets.com When you input 113.04lbs, you get a tailpi...

Re: Engine platform for a small aerobatic machin?
Well, at first I would say, put a extra S so you get KISSS Keep it stupidly simple and SAFE However I couldn't you advise very much about the engine's (maybe you should contact Bob Maddox, he builded pulsejet engines from 50 to 700lbs), I could say that you have to look at a very solid construction ...

Re: Pulsejet book
well, there are hardly any pulsejets on this forum from which I know they're around 100 lbf. You could build the Lockwood Hiller, which puts out 55lbs of thrust and which efficiency is not very good. Another plan is from hinote, the ''Forum M1E'', I remember this one was 60lbs+ or so. Another...

Re: Lady Anne variation.
ha, by accident I've read yesterday(maybe for the third time, I find it an fascinating design) this topic (and al the related topic like Jane grey, the BIG lady etc), and I also couldn't find the revised dimensions. It seemt to me that te conus from the sparkplug to the combustionchamber is elongated...

Re: Kraken
well, that looks impressive
Why do you put two straight tubes behind the inlet?
For an even more compact engine you would combine the combustion chambers, like Mike's triple-piper!
What is the thrust you expected?
I'll certainly gonna follow your building process

Re: Size of a Thrust Augmenter, not very clear.
In the pulsejet calculator of eric beck you could calculate the size for an augmentor.
The formules in the second picture are explained in the first attachment.
