It is very hard to calculate the thrust of a valveless pulsejet. Most of the formules I've found are based on valved pulsejets. sometime's on ebay there auctions for pulsejets, and here on the forum are a few members who are selling pulsejets. Looking down in this subforum you see enough. :? Is there a program which take account of the thickness of the steel, and so calculate the inside diameter on the templates?
