Well, only one didn't have support material in the CC. And the fueling holes are clogged with support material too. Oh, someday we will molecularly print ALL materials, in hitherto unknown alloys and densities, and a host of disciplines will die.

Getting there, here is a pic of the parts after printing. They will be removing support material, welding and finishing soon.

The six ports on the head are so I can drill six fueling holes into the CC, the one on the front u-bend is for an instant start fuel stinger. The six ports are to be tapped and plugged, with one selected as the main fuel feed. The augmenters will look like this: 0EE929F3-94B6-4B1A-8E1B-729602C7D066....

I think it’s SLS. They originally balked at 1mm wall, but I told them they could weld any voids. Then the plan is to print in a few pieces and weld together. We shall see…
