re: 05 International PJ Meet photos

Can people who weren't there get a CD?

And if so, how much ($)?

No es una buena idea de comprar cosas de Bruce... People have been known to encounter several problems while dealing with him.

re: escalar???

In my humble idea, it's easier to scale up than to scale down.

GLC has made plans for a scaled up Lockwood, it's somewhere here on those forums.

As for dimensions, I'm not sure if you keep things to scale, but if I remember I think you do.

Considering a 2-stroke engined kart can reach 160km/h, is your turbine cheaper than a 2-stroke? Hehe.

It's not only the gas prices... It's the engine that drinks the gas (V8 283cu.in.).

As for next year's meet... That'd be hella nice Luc!

re: Airframe waiting for your engine

I would not install a pulsejet on this... I don't think it'd like the vibrations!

If I have time and tools on my hands this summer, I might build a drone airframe for fun...

The snow is on the mountians. The weather nearer the coast, where we will be, is likely to have highs above 20C and lows above 10C. Very nice weather. Oh if California wasn't that far... You know, that'd have also been one heck of a nice road trip with our 1958 Chevy... But with gas prices, it's be...

Re: Viv's aim

PS: Anthony, if we go up at the same time just remember to keep Luc’s and Viv’s secrets. Otherwise it could get real ugly real fast. I might be able to give you a head start while Viv picks off the easy target (me), but unless you can out fly a duck… Up to that time I might have joined the re...

Re: re: pocket lockwood?

The best high speed shape is going to be the most streamline, something that approaches the ramjet with a variable geometry intake and/or duct. Well, something I did a few weeks ago approaches this ideal - but without any details on if it'd run or not. I think the solution when it comes to inflight...
