In my humble idea, it's easier to scale up than to scale down.
GLC has made plans for a scaled up Lockwood, it's somewhere here on those forums.
As for dimensions, I'm not sure if you keep things to scale, but if I remember I think you do.

The best high speed shape is going to be the most streamline, something that approaches the ramjet with a variable geometry intake and/or duct. Well, something I did a few weeks ago approaches this ideal - but without any details on if it'd run or not. I think the solution when it comes to inflight...
