It depends upon the value for the coefficient of static friction, μs. Static is > Kinetic.

Imagine the yaw instability due to the friction force generated at its contact patch with the asphalt?

I recall running Sam's code, NUDiS, at the command prompt w/o the spreadsheet on my former µSoft machine.
