I built the jet from .7mm thick stainless steel sheet, It weighs around 500 grams including spark plug.

The position of the stinger doesn't seem critical, It can be moved around anywhere from one to three inchs from the intake opening, The pitch of the jet does change but it keeps running. I tried lighting the rosscojector before putting it in the intake but it just blows itself out, The fuel pressure...

The FWE is built to the dimensions given by Larry in his jetzilla article, 1.25" tailpipe and 26" total length etc.
The "Rosscojector" is made from 5/16" copper brake pipe, cut through with pliers as per photo

Ideally you want two rolls to turn, Its hard for them to grip on stainless steel. I made a basic trolley with nylon casters and used a set of spring scales, to measure mine. Tied the scales between the trolley and a skip, and stood well back. It jumped about a bit, but you could get a reading. Not very scientific, I admit it. You can get big fishing scales from Ebay, 100lb+ there...
