neptune i never heard of but its a OB allrite.

frequency is approximately f = c/4L, where the velocity of sound in steam (M = 18) should be used. If we take T = 473 K, c = 555 m/s, a whistle sounding 660 Hz would have a length L = 21 cm, or about 8.26". see what you mean and want to blow whistles under water or what about this singing flame, go...

isnt that a more frightning than fun thought for aluminum lovers? i did not know this but love those older books; got one from Disney here from the early fifty's called "our frend the atom" meanwhile i'm still wondering about the break of the century but for now i'm out sailing splitting water ;-)

looks about allright to me.a rocket engine turns a turbine. simple concept but difficult to get right.
just with 85.000 rpm be very, very gently on the clutch!
