If i might be so bold as to suggest an improvement , or maybe help someone who is going to attempt this design looks like mig weld , correct me if im wrong , migging that thin walled brake pipe to thin steel is difficult , tig is ideal , but few muffler shops have tig what i suggest is mig the brake...

Hey irvine j dude that would be great if you could post a short vid of your dd running at night so i believe it to be true that the objective is to inject fuel and entrained air , the better mixed and turbulent the better as for the right post , well true, this has drifted a little from the original...

Radial inlet

Heres an idea that keeps coming back to me ,
until someone tells me why it wont work it will keep bugging me.

I am not sure theres much to be gained , maybe more symetrical combustion?

Thinking along the lines of a 3Lb size
