re: EDK0301B Engine
Ed Thanks, I had a blast visiting with Luc and Viv, going to the Air Show where they demonstrated their engine and especially getting to run it on the same day as planting my backside in a real life F18. Looking forward to hearing about the "liquid fueling system" you are working on, as well as more...

re: PDE engine video
This statement will prove just how little I know about PDEs, but, I find it interesting that they induce a plug of cold air, to isolate the next charge of fuel and air from the one just fired. ( http://www.innssi.com/pde01.htm ) This could also be accomplished in a Pulse Jet with a second smaller an...

If you are looking for 4" 180s I may know where you can find some, or at least a number of 4" stainless steel 90s to make them. Let me know if I can help.

Hello All: As promised in an earlier post, attached are pictures of the Chinese. This one was built by Luc and Viv using their 22Ga 321 Stainless Laser Cut Parts Kit and was shown running on their web site: http://www.glc-inc.ca/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=39 Since I was hanging around their shop for a co...

Poblo Earlier you said: "I think it might be that the propane tank has low pressure, despite it is full of liquid" Then later: "the pressure is around only 20 psi!" Please check the attached link showing the vapor pressure of Propane at various temperatures: http://www.flameengineering.com/Propane_I...

These are typically visible just inside the POL (the connector that goes into the tank) and usually look something like a star washer backed up with a little plastic ball. Other t...

Mark: Not to worry. I think we have all done our share of dumb things and there are, no doubt, more to come. Hopefully safety reminders like yours will at least serve to minimize the risk. By the way, a very nice litter of piglets you have there. Do you set them off one at a time, or let them all sq...
