re: Steam rocket
There will be several plans for such a design, However I would suggest for something like that, try a Catalyst based H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide) rocket. Yeah, luckily in cambridge we have a few very good shops that sell old film SLR's. Digital will always be superior for just snapping about, and for me, for checking how a film shot will come out. I'll never abandon my Canon, and espescially not my Nikkon FG though. Oh, and I am applying for weekends...

saladtosser,
May I suggest a simple disclaimer against the link in your signature? As childish a place that forum seems, I'd still think you rather people didn't blame mishaps on following your link. Rather then so proudly proclaim MY FORUM there, rather an enter at own risk?

Just got a chance to play on a freinds digital camera. Somewhat refreshing to not have to conserve shots, just delete what you don't want, retake. Anyway, Some shots from around town.

Re: re: Self Launching Sailplane Engine Help Needed
Hi Hinote, Glad you could correct me with "The self starting" issue. I thaugh I had seen a valveless self start at your "Grape something" meeting vidoe. Okeyyy ... I stand corrected on that one. Luc, I hate to step in here, but that part came across as awefully sarcastic, I don't know if it was int...

That is true. However, I was never one for wal-mart's offerings. Besides, I don't need aninomity, So I just buy through LabPak or any other Lab supply warehouse. Much better quality, leads to better outcomes.

re: London this morning
I was under the impression they were using desinsitized ammonium peroxide or something akin to that? IIRC, you don't need lab grade, high % peroxide to make it. In the paper today, local youths playing with flash powder devices, being generally destructive. And more action threatened towards London ...
