Just an Inquiry

So I am curious as to why this acoustically inept unit runs so well .......it has great range on (LP) vapour .. .......dimensions are available...upon request..... I had some parts laying arround and pieced them together without regard for theory (specificly exhaust dims) and decided to see if it wo...

Re: "Thunderchine" 55 lb thrust pulsejet plans

There are plans available for the scale ups of the classic chineese has anyone built and tested any of the large units? I just like the visual effect ...

"Don't see what this has to do with pulsejets"
Absolutely nothing....... other than it was a unique experience and was taking up some of my thoughts at the time.

Re: Back with the BIG LADY

Oh man, FLAME ON... (No Flame but I believe a nerve has been stimulated) with all these red spelling lines indicating bad grammar... (I didn’t realize we were in a grammar class) I think I've been able to decipher (Or read way too much between the lines) All I said was that “I actually got the unit ...

Re: Messerschmitt design?

To clairify some things, I think the 06 was strictly a pulse unit I don't recal the variable orifice in the transition between the primary and secondary CC. If you want to learn how to weld start slow with mild steel, the TIG is a very versitile process but is very touchy with electrode control and ...

Re: Messerschmitt design?

There is information on one of the threads including a translation from the original data I don't recal where. The units were a pulse / ram dual mode unit.
Hope this helps. Mod 06 & 07 as attached.

Re: Question?

The dificulty with using water in its natural state is that it contains dissolved minerals, any enclosed chamber would have to be cleaned of the built up residule scale, unless of course you were to use deionized or distilled water, it would probably be best to inject directly into the cc where the ...

Re: Interested ?

Another thought.....smaller but with same intake concept, straight in and straight out (4 intakes may be an option there is room), and only 818cc in current form.

So I was curious when is the end date (if there is one) for this?

Re: Interested ?

Hey all as shown my math sucks thats what happens when I do it manually....SH.......so I have decided to use the following formula for the entry to make it compliant. If x = y Then x - y = 0 So 2x - 2y = 0 So x - y = 2x - 2 y So 1(x - y) = 2(x - y) So 1(x - y) = 2(x - y) (x - y) (x - y) So 1 = 2 or ...

Re: Interested ?

Just retested Frerenstine in the as designed config......redid the volume math...ouch both units are way over...back to the DB for sizing. FYI it will use up enough air in the garage (with the doors open) in aproximetly 30 seconds then flame out, I will get a thrust measurement soonest.

OK...... rule people..... is this injective pattern considerd intake augmentation....NO I would think because there is no alternative energy applied?
