Hi, nice to see another success (especially after just the same kind of trouble I've had!) I had the injector in the same way (in the beginning of the CC), except it was 6mm brake line and the holes were "drilled" with a saw. I think I should probably use a slightly bigger dia. tube made of somethin...

Update

Well, Now I got the engine run with forced air. I drilled two holes through the front of the CC, then inserted a brake pipe with lots of small rectangular holes (just cut the pipe with saw until there was a nice small hole). I just welded it right there, prototype and all... As for the propane tempe...

Thanks for the download dadruid! "if just one weld breaks the pulsejet is going to explode!" .. yeah, right. The boat seems kinda heavy, it clearly needs a couple Lockwoods more to get out of the water and up to speed. :) The engine could be, I think, mounted a bit more backwards... and also the eng...

Hehe, the board seems to filter out the common name of the old German National Socialist party. Sorry if using it is offending to somebody.

All the gays I know are smart people, curiously most of them musicians. Still, I can't imagine the hells some of these people have had to go through both inside and out of their own heads, while growing up. Intolerance is so easy, I for example grew up in a religious countryside environment and even...

I guess that's just one of the fears all us males have to face sometime in adolescence... and yes, satisfying sex is the best medicine. :)

But it doesn't seem to be any easier for the opposite sex with all their face, hair, boobs etc. "problems"...

Serves 'em right, in a way, but then again... makes my violent fantasies concerning spammers all the more justified.

Bruno, you mean those Hydro Lockweed and Reynst pot plants? My hair was originally so long I had to tie it up while going number two (really)... then a couple of years back it somehow got bad and dreadlocked sort of naturally. Probably a side effect of the ancient medicine, or just my dislike of cos...

Sheesh!

Bruce's advice on mounting an engine high to escape them flameballs seems all the more sane now... I myself was really glad I had protective goggles & stuck my locks inside a cap, when I got similar things out the intake.

Glad you too escaped unharmed!

Habaneros.. hmmm... :) I don't remember if this will ripen to yellow or red, but a definite habanero or "scotch bonnet". Roasting these with chicken, kebab meat, etc, the vapors from the pan make my eyes water. Having _any_ amount of habanero residue on your hands while rubbing eyes, picking nose, r...

Boy, that one has a big chamber! At least it looks so.. I want to build one as nice and fat as that :) Anyway, I had the same thing, gas burning apparently in the exhaust pipe. I already asked this in my Lockwood thread, but nobody answered yet... Could this flame-in-the-back be caused just by too l...

I'd like to carry a two-barrel ether-nitrous potato gun loaded with a paste of raw garlic and habanero chili. Before anyone jokes about vampires, well, for them and werewolves I'd also like to have some fulminating silver snaps in there. Seriously though, in school I got beaten pretty bad a couple o...

At least IRA and PLO terrorists have made RPG's of their own for years. And in Afghanistan / Pakistan today, there's blacksmiths who make perfect AK-47 replicas (deadly) right out of junk and sell them at rural marketplaces. I guess they'd make you a rocket launcher for a bunch of dollars.. :) Who c...

My middle-school steam engine from 10 years back

Hi, I just took some pictures and video of my old steam engine running in my crappy kitchen. Thought pulsejet people would probably like to see something that burns spirits with a dangerous-looking flame, that has high internal pressure and sounds like it'll rip itself apart when it revs up with no ...

Hmm... I'll rather spend my money on sheet metal and propane equipment than on getting to GB for beer, and don't know anything about famous designers... but the one important question: is this design efficient and is there any idea of the scale? Those inside-out annular thingies are nagging "buildme...
