Just to let people know on this forum that JetBill passed away in his sleep on thursday the 27th dec. He has had a few problems recently but he will sure be a sad loss to the pulsejet comunity.

Phill the AMA will be changing to 20 nitro 80 methanol fuel next year. For the metering jets you will need to go up 6thou in size for pressure and suction motors .. We have been running this fuel for the last few years here in NZ with no problems

Goto Bruce Simpsons web page and follow his article on etching valves in a salt bath. Really easy to do ( Ive made 40 this way ) and you can make what ever shape you desire... I made my salt bath so I could do 5 at once .... The dremel way is too much like hard work..
