Hi toakreon,
The brand name is Chicago, but the item is made in the Orient, maybe China.
I'm sure that someone in Europe must sell the same item under a different brand name.
If I were You, I'd look on the Internet for someone near You.

Inexpensive TIG Welder
Hi, Here's an inexpensive TIG welder that might be good for Your use. It will go down to about 5 Amps for very thin work. You will need a bottle of pure argon, and some 0.040" ceriated tungsten electrodes and a 0.040" collet. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=91811 Al ...

Welding Nozzles
Hi toakreon, The lower the number, the smaller the nozzle. I would suggest a #1 nozzle for thin material. ( or a #0 nozzle for very thin material ) I would recommend Solar flux type B, which is widely available. Do NOT use a fluoride type flux, since the fumes generated during welding, are very irri...

Thinwall tube bending
Hi,
Fill the tube with molten lead or a lead alloy.
When the lead freezes and is at room temperature, bend the " rod " to the required bend, and then melt the lead out.
This will work with very thin tubes.

Valve Grid
Hi Targa2,
I would add a 3mm wide support centrally located in the long direction to give two 30mm X 8.5mm ports, or widen the port to give two 30mm X 10mm ports.

Hi craigclavin, Eric Beck has created a very useful calculator that I have used to determine the dimensions corresponding to many of the pulsejet plans shown on this site. Bruce Simpson's calculator has given results that, I have determined, are not following the parameters outlined by Tharratt, and...

Maximum velocity
Hi Ianthegr8,
The maximum level flight velocity occurs when the drag of the aircraft becomes equal to the available thrust of the engine.
As You can see, without knowing the drag, it is difficult to estimate the maximum velocity of the aircraft.
