Yup, 60*60 mm reeds. I believe that the problem is thin reeds in combination with to long retainer plates, if I can get my hands on 0.25 mm reeds and shorten the retainers a bit it might just do the trick.

I have fins, each flap is 60 mm wide and is supported by 3 fins.
I have a bunch of pictures, but I cannot find the cord to connect the camera to my computer... :(

They are 0.15 mm thick. The problem is that I can´t find any place to buy blue spring steel in Sweden, I almost gave up the project after searching the internet and asking around for several months.

I use liquid propane as fuel and injects it 10 cm behind the valve using a drilled-through bolt (6x1mm holes blowing the LPG in an angle towards the tube). The engine is 164 cm long.
