Cases

I do believe I lost count somewhere around beer #19. And not only did I feel bad about blowing my work up, I now had a killer hangover to make matters that much worse. Gotta love industrial strength Canadian beer.

RE

You won't need pwm to drive solenoids, they're pretty much a digital setting (either on or off) and pwm works well for controlling proportional valves/motors etc. For those that don't know what pwm is, it is a stream of electricity that is shut on and off real fast. The ratio of on's to off's determ...

Code

I've had code for a few years now, but have only recently started translating it into useable stuff for the pic. I just finished a software based system for pwm that's working amazing. I can get 12 lines of hardware quality pwm out of a low end pic running at 20mhz with about a 9bit in resolution. Y...

Printed Valves

Whilst rambling in the Off Topic forum I had an idea about valve etching techniques. This may have been thought of previously but I'll explain my thoughts in the case that it hasn't: I use a toner system for making circuitboards where I print the circuit on the backing piece of a label sheet. (peel ...

Electro-messing

I would look further in to PICS. You can get a decent programming setup for under $100. This PIC chips themselves are rather inexpensive. There are freeware programming languages out there for programming and it't a breeze if you know ASM. For a decent BASIC or C language compiler you're looking at ...

Info

I made a simple power supply circuit that I attached to an electronics tutorial I made, it's based on the LM317T and can be seen at the bottom of this page: http://www.rescyou.com/atom/part2.htm You will be able to "tune" in the voltage to make 4.5 volts exactly if you like with the potentiometer. F...

Multiple

It appears the guy has a few of these, I had a look in the history section of his account and it looks like he has sold 2-3 so far.. Though it could be the same one and a bunch of no-payers but he did say he had multiple ones.

Patent List

I do have a collection of references to every pulse based propulsion patent I could find. There is good descriptions of some of the patents and others are just references to the pat# and maker, but the list is fairly complete. Email me at rescyou@rescyou.com if you would like a copy. It's a 315k PDF...
