Re: Lincoln

Lincoln is exactly 100miles north of Duxford air museum if that gives you any idea of distance. basically go north on the A1 and you'll see signs for Lincoln when you reach Newark. Phill's new workshop is in a small village called Metheringham, he's got an excellent workshop with loads of space plu...

Lincoln

Hi Paul,

I know you, I've been to your old website.

One question please, I have no idea of where Lincoln is located, How far away is Lincoln from Cambridge ? I might visit Phill Heward, for some business talks.

Re: re: A working rocket

Quick question, why are they ejected/mortar'd before the main rocket is fired? Because if it launches under full rocket power it chars the crew standing by. There are ways round this such as having the launcher and controller separated but accuracy goes down as the guidance has to compensate for a ...

Oops, typo I've corrected, sorry for that.

critical rotational speed (CRS) program

Hi John, thanks for your support too. I have developed a finite element method based program called CRS (critical rotational speed), for analysing the natural frequencies of micro gas turbine's shaft. I am comparing the program output using benchmarks such as P66 in Kamps' book, and it shows consist...
