Hi John, Im a big fan of your turbine bike. The videos show quite sprightly performance. Ive got a zzr11 that could do with a turbine when I manage to kill the existing motor! :) Nothing in the kitchen at the moment. Have built the craft jet, which was quite temperamental. You might be right maybe, it isnt "pulsating combustion" but they doy have a lovely deep hum when operating.

Hi Rossco! I say go for it! My local tire change place has an old heater that they keep on the workshop floor. Apparently they burn oil in it, and it is a pulsating combustor. Old two stroke tuners would dimension there expansion pipes for the rpm where powerband was desired.
