Got myself a non runner brauner to fiddle with
Been away for a little while. Iam kinda back now lol but not 100% Gotta move out my house and stuff so itll be a month or so until iam cooking on propane gas again :D Anyways i have got a non runner brauner engine to play with. I have spotted one or two variations to the plan but it looks mostly ok ...

also finds like whether you are machining a billet or forging or casting will make a diference and also intemittent cutting (machining over holes, pockets) can also affect things

did you find the answers for drilling brass? i have found out that the cutting speed is 61 M/S for depth of cut for a face mill, if its a tipped cutter ie has 6 changeable tips. you would generllay check the manufacturers specifivations. Yes i understand that the mass out weighs the thrust, iam not too bothered at all really, i just need a comparison for my mods. i like the air table idea alot, especially if the mass upon the table was equal to a finished model boat or car. I like the ease of fabrication and the fact i can run them ...

not sure what you mean, do you want to find rpm for drill?
formula is (1000 x S)/(Pi x D)
s = cutting speed for material in M/S
D = 6.5mm
