Probably the best approch is to apply to some kind of education program, preferably a university. If money is a problem, a scholarship would not be that hard to get.

[If you are implying you have electrolysed water into it's component gases, detonated it and this could be a rocket fuel then you have a dangerous lack of understanding. Ok.. I'm not going to try and convince you of what I know and have researched into...because it would be an obvious waste of time...

Has anyone tried doing a rocket with Hydrogen ? Yep Lots of rocket programmes. Has anyone tried doing a rocket with Hydrogen ? I have made timely explosion with hydrogen and it rocks bigtime. I don't see why anyone should not try this at home :P Btw.
