There's nothing to study. Foa gives no details. It's just a thin fuel supply tube passing coaxially through a broader air intake tube and ending where the air tube enters the chamber, presumably in a kind of a jet, though it is neither specified nor shown on the diagram.

BTW, the guy is almost certainly of Italian extraction, which would make the proper pronounciation of his name 'foe-ah'.
