A careful look will reveal that it is not a tube but either a tube and a frustum or two frusta of differing included angles. You are supposed to connect this with the earlier picture of the two beautifully machined parts that go together with this.
The third picture will show the Phoenix/BCVP crew occupying beach chairs somewhere on Aruba, wearing loud aloha shirts, tall drinks in hand (with those ridiculous little cocktail umbrellas sticking out), busty beauties in attendance...
If you look very closely, you will see black-suited FBI/CIA/NSA guys desperately trying to be invisible behind palm trees.
